JN ASSOCIATES LIMITED provides digital administrative support services including email management, calendar coordination, data entry, document preparation, customer support administration, and ongoing administrative assistance.
Services are delivered remotely using digital communication channels and electronic document delivery.
Any additional work outside the purchased service scope must be agreed upon before commencement and may require a separate order.
Requests for scope amendments should be submitted within 3 business days of order confirmation.
All prices displayed on this website are quoted in GBP (£).
Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For invoice-based arrangements, payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
Services will commence once payment has been received and all required project information has been provided.
Services are delivered electronically via email, PDF documents, editable files, spreadsheets, reports, summaries, or other agreed digital formats.
Standard delivery timeframes are outlined on individual service pages and generally range between 1 and 4 business days.
Delivery schedules depend on timely receipt of all required information and supporting materials from the client.
If requested information is not received within 7 calendar days, the delivery timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not commenced.
Once work has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of completion.
Projects may be paused if required client information remains outstanding for more than 14 calendar days.
Any approved cancellation adjustment will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
JN ASSOCIATES LIMITED shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or outcomes resulting from incomplete instructions, inaccurate information, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered materials and notifying us of any concerns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service concerned.
We encourage all concerns to be raised directly with our team so that a practical resolution can be reached promptly.
Written notice of any dispute should be provided within 14 calendar days of the issue becoming known.
We aim to respond to formal enquiries within 5 business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
