Reservation Policy

This Reservation Policy explains how bookings, scheduling requests, service appointments, and project reservations are managed by JN ASSOCIATES LIMITED.

Making a Reservation

A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Scheduling & Availability

All appointments, consultations, and project start dates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

While we aim to accommodate preferred schedules, specific dates and times cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

Business hours and operational availability may affect appointment scheduling.

Rescheduling Requests

Clients may request a reschedule by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service session.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and reasonable notice.

We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or time where possible.

Missed Appointments

If a scheduled appointment is missed without prior notice, the booking may be considered fulfilled for scheduling purposes.

A new appointment may require a separate booking request depending on availability and service requirements.

Clients experiencing unexpected circumstances should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Reservation Validity

Confirmed reservations remain active for up to 30 calendar days unless a different timeframe has been specified in writing.

Reservations may be placed on hold if required client information remains outstanding beyond the stated timeframe.

Extended delays may require a new booking arrangement.

Service Delivery

Administrative support services are generally delivered digitally through email, PDF files, spreadsheets, reports, summaries, editable documents, or other agreed formats.

Delivery timelines begin once all required information has been received and reviewed.

Estimated delivery periods are provided on individual service pages where applicable.
